This Privacy Policy explains how WhatsEasy ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, stores, and protects personal information when you register for, access, or use the WhatsEasy Multi-Tenant WhatsApp Campaign Platform (the "Service").
1. Information We Collect
When you register for and use the WhatsEasy platform, we collect the following categories of information:
- Account Details: Your name, email address, profile picture (from Google SSO), and your company/workspace name.
- API Credentials: Your Meta System User Access Token, WhatsApp Business Account ID (WABA ID), and Phone Number ID required to establish connectivity with the WhatsApp Cloud API.
- Customer/Contact Databases: Phone numbers, names, and custom attributes uploaded by you via CSV file or API endpoint.
- Message Logs & History: Inbound and outbound message payloads, delivery statuses (sent, delivered, read, failed), and timestamps.
- System Parameters: IP addresses and browser user agents for audit trail log tracking and security verification.
2. How We Use Your Data
WhatsEasy uses your collected information for the following specific business purposes:
- To provision your isolated tenant database and connect the message routing engine.
- To display conversations in your unified two-pane inbox workspace in real time.
- To process high-volume campaigns and render performance dashboard metrics.
- To validate subscription limits, enforcement of message quotas, and admin actions.
- To execute your customized chatbot triggers and conditional keyword branching rules.
3. Data Storage & Ownership
Your privacy and data integrity are our top priority:
- Isolated Tenants: All user records, campaign logs, and contacts are segmented securely in our database.
- Ownership: WhatsEasy claims no ownership over your contacts, database structures, or message payloads. All uploaded templates and customer profiles remain your intellectual property.
- Security: All credential records (like system user tokens) are stored securely and encrypted in transit.
4. Data Sharing & Sub-processors
WhatsEasy shares database records only with authorized sub-processors necessary to run the Service:
- Meta Cloud APIs: Message content and phone numbers are sent directly to Meta servers to transmit actual WhatsApp messages.
- Evolution API / Redis / MySQL: Internal containers to queue, process, and cache communication flows.
- We will never sell, rent, or lease your contact databases or account details to third-party advertisers.
5. Cookies & Browser Storage
We use temporary session tokens (JWT) and local browser storage (`localStorage`) to persist your logged-in session state and UI theme state. We do not use third-party tracking cookies or behavioral profile engines.
6. Your Rights
You have full access to view, edit, search, or export your contacts, templates, and campaign logs from the dashboard. You may request to deactivate your tenant account or wipe your database at any time by contacting our support team at varundabke@gmail.com.
