Step 1: Set up the Trigger in Zapier/Make Create a new scenario or Zap. Set the trigger event to "New Lead in Facebook Lead Ads". Connect your Facebook Business account and select your Page & Lead Form.

Step 2: Add Webhook Action Add a second step in Zapier/Make called "Webhooks by Zapier" (choose the POST method). Copy and paste your unique WhatsEasy Webhook URL into the URL field.

Step 3: Define Custom Payload Keys WhatsEasy reads payload fields dynamically:

• Map the phone number key (e.g. phone_number) to Meta's raw phone input.
• Map other dynamic values to matching keys matching your parameter mappings.
