Terms & Conditions

Last updated: June 12, 2026

Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") carefully before using the WhatsEasy Multi-Tenant WhatsApp Campaign Platform (the "Service" or "Software") operated by WhatsEasy ("us", "we", or "our").

By registering for an account or using any element of the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, accept, and agree to be bound by and comply with all the terms and conditions outlined below. If you are entering into this Agreement on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity to these terms.

1. Service Provision & Prerequisites

WhatsEasy provides a multi-tenant software interface allowing tenants to connect their WhatsApp communication channels to Meta Business Suite. To utilize WhatsEasy, you must satisfy the following prerequisites:

  • Possess a valid Meta Developer Account and WhatsApp Business Account (WABA).
  • Acquire the necessary API approvals, phone number registrations, and access tokens directly from Meta.
  • Comply fully with WhatsApp's Business Terms, Business Policy, and Commerce Policy.

2. Usage Rules & Spam Policies

You agree to use the Service exclusively for lawful communications. WhatsEasy enforces a zero-tolerance policy towards spam and unsolicited broadcasts. In particular:

  • You must obtain explicit prior opt-in consent from all contacts before sending messages.
  • You may not use WhatsEasy to send spam, unsolicited promotions, fraudulent schemes, or restricted goods/services.
  • You must respect and honor opt-out or unsubscribe requests instantly.

3. Meta Account Restrictions & Non-Refundability

Since your broadcasts run directly on Meta's WhatsApp Cloud API infrastructure, Meta monitors user reports, quality ratings, and policy compliance. If Meta blocks, restricts, flags, or permanently bans your phone number or WhatsApp Business Account due to spam reports or policy violations, WhatsEasy is not responsible, and no refunds or credits will be issued under any circumstances.

4. Platform Quotas and Limits

Your subscription specifies a monthly message quota allocation. Active campaign broadcasts will automatically pause, and single outbound messages will be rejected once your allocated quota limit is reached or if your subscription validity expires. Admin users have exclusive rights to edit limits and subscription dates.

5. Copyrights & Intellectual Property

All software codes, user interfaces, design models, and systems constituting the WhatsEasy platform are protected under copyright laws and remain the exclusive property of WhatsEasy and its licensors. You are granted a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to use the system, but you may not copy, duplicate, reverse engineer, or exploit any part of the service code.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall WhatsEasy, its operators, or affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (including loss of profits, communication delays, business interruptions, or data loss) arising out of the use or inability to use the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

7. Modifications to terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform following the posting of modifications constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
